Today we have an important subject for important times
We gonna talk about Beard and we’ll do that in rimes
It’s a nice exercise, you don’t want to miss it, it’s free
Let’s start with the beginning, how long should it be?Some like to have it long while others want it shorter
Personally I like my beard short, Nr.3 with my shaver
I trim it daily and I use a razor for the sides and neck
Takes 15 minutes, it’s easy and I just need to checkThat when I’m shaving my neck I don’t go to hight
I prefer a lower neck line, just looks and feels right
If you shave it too high, it will look weird and less full
Thrust me when I tell you, that style is not very coolFrom the sides I shave only a bit, I like a natural style
I don’t want some lines that you can see from a mile
After you finished, apply some aftershave, it feels nice
You can use what you like, mine is called Old SpiceApply Argan oil on your beard once or twice a week
Give it a good massage, this is the best technique
Your beard and skin will appreciate this so much
Their gonna be healthier and a lot softer to touchThe next step is not really for your beard but it’s good
Apply a moisturising cream on your face, you should
Use one that protects and hydrates your skin all day
Apply it in the morning, for me this is the best wayHope you enjoyed this post about trimming beard
Make sure to do it right or else it will look weird.Other posts: ⬇️

If you are anything like me, your hair is very important to you and you want to make sure that you take good care of it all the time.
For many years I used to wash and shampoo my hair daily and sometimes even twice a day. When I was younger I used to style my hair using Hair gels and many years after I discovered and started using Pomades.
I used to style my hair daily and because of this I had to shampoo it every day to wash the Gel/Pomade away.
Some people believe this is wrong and will cause your hair to fall and you could become bold. That didn’t happen to me,
I didn’t experienced any loss of my hair in all this years. The only side effect I encountered is that my hair was very dry, rightly so considering how often I shampooed it plus using Gel/Pomade daily I’m sure didn’t help at all.
Since I became a bit older and wiser(I’m 35 now) , I don’t use hair gels anymore, I haven’t used one in probably 10 years, there are many other products out there that do a much better job then gels and we can enumerate few like Pomade, Clay, Paste or Wax.
These days I prefer a more natural look and I usually style my hair with only a quiff roller brush and a hair dryer and I don’t put any styling products at all in my hair. A few times a month, when I get bored of the natural look, I will use a Pomade.
No need to say that if I’m using a Pomade let’s say two days straight, I have to wash my hair in both days, you can’t just go to bed with Pomade in your hair, first of all it’s not comfortable and secondly you’ll most probably put Pomade all over your beddings.
Now let’s get to the topic of this discussion:
How many times in a week you should wash your hair for it to be healthy and to look at it’s best?
This varies from one person to another, and it all depends on your lifestyle and on what type of hair you have. If you have oily hair it’s best to wash it daily and on the other side, if you have dry or damaged hair, it’s recommended to wash it less frequently, only once or twice a week.
Also it’s probably a good idea to wash your hair each time you exercise or you use a styling product like pomade, gel or wax. Many “experts” recommend that you should wash your hair up to 3 times a week and I will have to agree with this recommendation, it’s pretty reasonable and it works for most people.
I’m going to share with you my own schedule that I use, it is designed to fit my needs and desires and also to protect my hair.
It’s very simple: I wash my hair each day and once every two days I shampoo it. If let’s say I shampooed my hair Monday, the next day, which is Tuesday I will only wash my hair with water, no shampoo this time.
The reason why I’m doing this is because if I’m taking a shower and I don’t wash my hair also, I don’t feel clean, It’s like something is missing. Washing my hair with only water protects the hair and keeps it clean, fresh with a nice sheen and texture.
So when I’m planning my workout schedule, I need to make sure it falls in the day when I’m shampooing my hair too because you can’t work out and don’t wash your hair properly afterwards, you just can’t.
I use Argan oil twice a week to protect my hair and prevent any damage from washing and styling. My favourite one is Argan Oil of Morocco, doesn’t cost much and it really does a good job.
This oil is rich in antioxidants, minerals and vitamins and moisturizes and protects my hair, making it also softer and more manageable.
Another thing that I like about it is that you can see the improvement straight away, my hair smells nice, feels and looks much better after applying the oil.(Not a paid add by the way, I just like the product).
Another advice would be to alternate the ways you style your hair: if you use the hair dryer every day that is not going to be good for your hair, the same if you only use Pomade, Wax or Gel.
You need to give your hair time to recover, and alternating from the hair dryer to Pomade/Wax/Gel helps the hair to repair itself and also, when possible.
Try to wear a cap or a hat when you’re going out, this way you don’t need to style your hair, giving you one less thing to worry about and your hair gets a well deserved break.
Going regularly to the barber also helps your hair to be healthy and to look good, and I’m not talking here just about a nice haircut only, cutting the ends for example will make your hair grow healthier and stronger and will help repair any damaged and broken hair.
When it comes to what shampoo to buy, there are so many options to choose from, some do a good job, some don’t so make sure you buy the right shampoo for your hair.
I personally use Head and Shoulders, I’ve been using it for years and never had any issues with it.
Let’s do a quick recap of what we talked about:
– For most people, washing your hair 3 times a week should be enough.
– If you have oily hair, you might need to wash it daily.
-People with dry or damaged hair need to wash their hair no more than once or twice a week.
– Wash your hair after using styling products or after exercising.
– Use Argan oil to keep your hair healthy and moisturised.
– See what works best for you and your hair.
– Go to the barber regularly for a fresh look and also to have healthier hair.
– Give your hair time to recover from using styling products.Check out other posts ↓↓↓
